SHADOWS AND BARS

Light projects longextended silhouettes when it hits a straight structure. The shape of the shadow reflects the contours, or the object itself. These {visual effects are often used in design to create a sense of space. A well-positioned bar can manipulate the direction and intensity of a shadow, generating subtlety, to the overall composition. R
